On to the questions and answers...
Q: I'm having trouble opening the eBook once downloaded.
A: In almost all cases, this problem is easily solved
by simply downloading
the newest version of Acrobat Reader. It can be obtained, free of charge,
from
www.acrobat.com
Q: I never received the e-mail after I purchased your product.
A: This is common, especially with users using hotmail,
yahoo! or AOL. The reason
being is that these services often mistake the e-mail our server sends
out to you as
junk mail and throws it into the junk mail, or bulk mail folder. It is
then accidentally
thrown out with unsolicited e-mails, or in some other cases it is deleted
because the user
mistakes it for a receipt or a simple thank you letter. If you did not
receive the e-mail,
check your junk mail folder, and if it is not there, contact our service
department and
we will respond with the information you need in a timely matter.
Q: Can I order with another payment method than PayPal?
A: Yes, you can - a manual order form is being created,
but for now, simply
contact our service department and they will give you the information
you
need to order with a money order.
